Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sr. Manager, Real Estate & Facilities to lead the strategic planning and execution of the company’s facility and real estate portfolio. You will own site footprint planning, lease lifecycle management, and facility operations, reporting to the Sr.

Director, Procurement. This hands‑on role requires cross‑functional influence and strict regulatory compliance, including OSHA and ADA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
7+ years of corporate real estate and/or facilities management experience
Strong knowledge of lease administration and portfolio management
Experience negotiating lease terms and purchase/sale agreements
Ability to review legal real estate documents including estoppels and SNDA agreements
Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders without direct authority

Responsabilités

Guide facilities and real estate decisions with senior leadership, considering cost, risk, and operations
Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and standardization across programs
Provide executive updates on portfolio performance, risks, and upcoming decisions
Lead facility and real estate processes with structured approaches and documentation
Manage full lease lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and financial obligations
Coordinate with Finance/Tax on rent payments, CAM, and taxes
