Synopsys Inc. seeks an experienced Real Estate & Facilities leader to govern integrated services for headquarters and regional teams. You will oversee hard and soft service lines, drive maintenance strategy, and partner with procurement and IT on space planning and cost optimization.

You will leverage data analytics to improve reliability, occupancy, and portfolio performance while leading cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate operations.
• Experience overseeing outsourced facilities-management providers and multiple hard-and soft-service lines.
• Strong knowledge of critical facility infrastructure and building systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide governance of integrated facilities services, including operations for headquarters and regional teams.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, inspections, and vendor activities to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Develop operating procedures, service standards, and performance metrics with IFM partners.
• Lead workplace planning, occupancy analysis, and space utilization initiatives.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and cost-management for real estate and facilities.
