CesiumAstro seeks a strategic, senior leader to drive global facilities and real estate strategy across owned and leased properties worldwide. You will guide site selection, negotiations, capital projects, and ongoing facility operations to support manufacturing, R&D, and growth initiatives.

Lead a scalable facilities organization, partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Engineering, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while optimizing costs and capacity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 20+ years of experience in corporate real estate or facilities.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed facilities and real estate portfolios.
• Strong negotiation experience with complex leases and real estate agreements.
• Experience with site selection, capital projects, and scaling facilities in high-growth environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or tech environments preferred.
• International facilities experience preferred.
