Qualifications

• Meaningful commercial real estate development experience.
• Experience across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage complex third-party relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects from initial concept through design, construction and completion.
• Lead entitlement and approval processes and coordinate with municipalities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate external project teams including architects, engineers, lawyers and contractors.
• Establish and manage budgets, schedules and milestones for multiple initiatives.
• Oversee design development ensuring alignment with the business plan.
• Provide project reporting to senior leadership and support financing efforts.
