• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive real estate development experience.
• Experience managing projects across multiple phases of development lifecycle.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting, Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify land opportunities and assist in LOIs and P&S negotiations.
• Build and maintain development pro formas, budgets, and return analyses.
• Manage entitlement processes and coordinate design teams through construction documents.
• Support financing activities with lenders and equity partners.
