Job summary

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, construction management, business or economics.
2–5 years in real estate development, underwriting, construction management, or asset management.
Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

Underwrite development opportunities using pro forma models and cash flow analyses.
Support deal pursuit, predevelopment, and lender/investor packages.
Monitor asset performance, budgets, and quarterly projections.
Coordinate with municipalities, architects, engineers, and lenders.
Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for leadership.
