Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Real Estate Development Support professional to assist in preparing management and store location approval packages to drive organic growth and redevelop the store network.

You will analyze ROI metrics, tailor financial models, manage Smartsheet documents, and research acquisition opportunities across the U.S. and Canada, collaborating with Development Managers and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field preferred with experience in project management, commercial real estate analysis, and market research.
• Financial modeling and projecting experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Prior experience with Smartsheet or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge or aptitude to quickly learn GIS/desktop mapping packages and other real estate software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Management Approval Package (MAP) and store location approval packages.
• Analyze ROI metrics and provide investment recommendations.
• Tailor financial models to new business case scenarios.
• Manage documents and dates in Smartsheet and utilize reporting tools.
• Research acquisition opportunities, including traffic data, competition and sales.
• Shadow Real Estate Development Managers in site selection, negotiation, and development tasks.
• Contribute to team goals and company plans through KRAs.
