Job summary

Circle K is hiring a Real Estate Site Selection professional to locate sites for new Circle K stores within designated territories and oversee acquisitions and entitlements. The role includes negotiations, coordination with construction, and managing timely closings.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in commercial real estate with retail/fuel exposure, strong teamwork, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant real estate expertise.
• 3–7 years’ experience in General Commercial Brokerage, Development, Finance or Real Estate management with retail exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Southeast US real estate markets and broker networks.
• Willingness to travel overnight and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate sites for Circle K stores within designated territory and acquire sites.
• Negotiate purchase contracts and leases; prepare proposals for management approval.
• Manage due diligence, entitlements, hearings, and coordination with architects/engineers.
• Oversee portfolio rationalization, market tours, and site ride binders.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; support licensing issues as needed.
