Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Financial Analyst to run financial models for site qualification, lease/purchase decisions, and due diligence across real estate and development projects.

The role partners with operations, fuels, and construction teams, negotiates contracts, and prepares budget and risk reports. This position requires travel up to 50% and a bachelor's degree in finance or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• Three years of experience in Commercial Brokerage/Development/Finance or Corporate Real Estate preferred; management experience advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with mapping and demographic software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence and financial analysis for site acquisitions.
• Prepare real estate proposals and contracts for management approval.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, attorneys and other consultants.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and cost analyses to track financial performance.
• Travel up to 50% to visit sites and meet with stakeholders.
