Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible finance, FP&A, pricing, or related experience.
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, and pricing analyses.
• Able to translate complex numbers into executive-level recommendations.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Analyze revenue, margin, cost, and investment performance; identify drivers and risks.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and pricing models.
• Present results and recommendations to senior leadership; support pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM, Contracts, and Operations on pricing to win deals.
