Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a senior acquisitions professional to lead sourcing, underwriting, and transaction execution for multifamily investments across markets. You will drive opportunities from initial contact to close and ensure alignment with portfolio strategy.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with asset management, and drive portfolio performance through disciplined analysis and market intelligence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
5-7 years of progressive experience in acquisitions, asset management, real estate investments, or related discipline.
Experience in multifamily acquisition underwriting and analysis preferred.
CCIM or CFA designation and CRM software preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and strengthen relationships with equity partners, lenders, brokers, and owners.

Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and cultivate investment opportunities through relationships with equity partners, lenders, brokers, owners, and industry professionals.
Lead transaction processes from sourcing through underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and transition to asset management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisitions and timely progression of transactions.
Communicate transaction status, opportunities, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Mentor, coach, and support team members to foster professional growth and performance.
