Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Force Account Scheduling Manager to lead integration of multiple project schedules, coordinate with utility providers and third-party stakeholders, and ensure timely force account work that aligns with project goals and regulatory requirements.

You will provide scheduling oversight from early estimating through construction and closeout, guiding decisions with senior leadership and delivering regular progress reports to keep the program on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience in large-scale rail, transit, or heavy civil projects.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 for integrated schedules.
  • Strong scheduling, risk analysis, and recovery planning skills.
  • Excellent coordination with owners, designers, contractors and third-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review contractor schedules for contract compliance and planning.
  • Analyze schedule variances and interdependencies to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers and contractors to align progress.
  • Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Lead schedule recovery efforts and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare progress reports and KPI dashboards for leadership.
