Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a SeniorScheduler to join our US Infrastructure team. This individual will bring strong leadership and a proven track record of scheduling on major projects or programs.

On-site presence is required 4 days a week, with requirements potentially changing based on client needs. The role involves integrated planning, cost and risk management, and mentoring the planning team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in civil infrastructure scheduling on major programs.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
• Strong presentation, verbal, written and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project milestones and baselines for progress tracking.
• Lead schedule reporting and contingency management for work packages.
• Ensure scheduling methodology is followed and integrated with cost planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients on the project schedule.
