Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Force Account Scheduling Manager to lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules for rail and heavy civil projects. You will coordinate with utility providers, Amtrak resources, and third‑party stakeholders to ensure timely force account work aligned with program goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Strong CP analysis, risk assessments, delay analysis, resource loading, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate schedule inputs and performance reporting across owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor schedules for compliance with contract terms and scheduling requirements.
• Analyze schedules, identify variances, and investigate variances.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated programs.
• Lead Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and schedule recovery efforts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and third-party stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Support procurement status, material deliveries, and cost activity alignment.
• Prepare regular progress reports and schedule updates for leadership.
