Scorpion Therapeutics in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect to define end-to-end solution architecture for cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning clinical development, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance. Translate business needs into secure, scalable designs enabling study execution and submissions.

You will create architecture artifacts, guide design reviews, and ensure privacy, security, and data governance compliance while staying current on regulatory tech, AI/ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in technology roles with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in regulated industry (pharma/biotech) preferred.
• End-to-end delivery and change management; balance speed, quality, risk.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring; autonomous leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and advocate target architecture for R&D solutions.
• Lead technical/solution design from discovery through delivery.
• Create architecture artifacts and support design reviews.
• Ensure alignment to architecture standards using shared services.
• Provide guidance to resolve design risks and technical debt.
• Develop architectures for regulatory constraints and privacy.
