PSS Industrial Group in the United States (Oregon) is seeking a Quotation Specialist to prepare precise price quotes, review requests, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and accounts receivable, maintaining records and following up on quotes to support customer satisfaction and operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel and related business software.

Prepare and process customer quotations based on pricing, contracts, and service requirements.
Review customer requests to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, pricing, and service availability.
