Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Coordinator in the Quotations Department to support pricing and quoting with accurate cost estimates and technical information for customer specifications.

You will conduct research on product lines and manufacturing options, consult factories for best-cost information, and prepare quotations under tight deadlines to drive profitability and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience communicating and negotiating with customers, suppliers, and/or manufacturers.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, negotiations, pricing, and building relationships.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies to generate quotations that yield profit.
• Knowledge of SAP programs used to support the Quotations process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of materials and compile bills of materials.
• Consult with factories to obtain best-cost information and audit BOMs.
• Research customer requirements and determine product specifications.
