Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining, geology, or engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years of mining operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years as quarry supervisor preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise quarry operations to ensure raw material supply for plant production.
• Make decisions on maintenance and safety; oversee budget and expenditures.
• Lead quarry staff, conduct inspections, and promote safety program adherence.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and production to meet deadlines.
