Job summary

HCP Talent LLC is seeking a Director of Quality & Provider Engagement in New York, NY (Hybrid) for a full-time role. The position oversees quality and provider engagement across a value-based network, with a focus on data-driven improvement and executive-level collaboration.

You will lead a team, drive operational rigor, and partner with IT, data, and finance to optimize performance and incentives. Hybrid schedule and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
• Advanced data literacy, hands-on with large datasets to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Experience managing and developing people, translating analytics into practice.
• Familiar with CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS/QARR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own overall quality performance for the IPA/ACO, including HEDIS, QARR, patient satisfaction, and Star Ratings.
• Develop and drive the quality improvement strategy through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and mentor the Quality team and support Provider Engagement at the practice level.
