Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is partnering with a New York metro IPA to hire a Director of Quality & Provider Engagement. Hybrid, full-time, $150,000–$180,000 in salary, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

You will own quality performance across the value-based book, drive improvement using data, and lead both Quality and Provider Engagement teams. You'll mentor the Quality team, operationalize strategies at the practice level with provider coaching and EMR support, and collaborate with IT,

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into action.
• HEDIS/QARR experience in value-based care settings; ~5+ years.
• Advanced data literacy; proficient in Excel and large datasets.
• Experience managing and developing people.
• Translate quality analysis into practice-level action.
• Thrives in fast-growing, less-structured environments.

Responsibilities

• Own overall quality performance for the IPA/ACO including HEDIS, QARR, patient satisfaction, and Star Ratings.
• Develop and drive quality improvement strategies through data analysis and collaboration.
• Lead and mentor the Quality team and provider engagement efforts.
• Operationalize quality strategies at the practice level with provider coaching and EMR support.
• Build provider relationships and education on documentation and risk adjustment.
• Establish performance metrics and reduce manual reporting; collaborate with IT/Data/Finance.
• Own programs that improve member quality, engagement, and retention across the network.
