Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in the New York metro area partners with a high-performing IPA to lead quality and provider engagement across a large value-based network. The role offers autonomy with direct access to executive leadership and a strong focus on quality metrics and improvement.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director will own quality performance, turn data into measurable improvements, and build a capable team to support providers and practices in documentation and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality or HEDIS in value-based care.
• Data-literate with large datasets and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development.
• Ability to translate analytics into practice.

Responsibilities

• Own overall quality performance for the IPA/ACO including HEDIS, QARR, patient satisfaction, and Star Ratings.
• Develop and drive quality improvement strategy through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and mentor the Quality team and drive provider engagement.
• Provide leadership to the Provider Engagement team and operationalize quality strategies at practice level.
• Build provider relationships and educate on documentation and risk adjustment.
• Establish metrics and processes, drive digital reporting and analytics.
• Partner with IT, data, and finance to distribute incentives and shared savings.
• Own programs to improve member quality, engagement, and retention across the network.
