Job summary

Talent Match Recruiting is partnering with a high-performing IPA in the New York metro area to recruit a Director of Quality & Provider Engagement. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and owns quality across a value-based network with significant leadership impact.

You will lead analytics-driven quality initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate with IT, data, and finance to optimize performance and incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality/HEDIS experience in value-based care settings.
• Strong data literacy with ability to turn data into action.
• Experience managing and developing people.
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing, less-structured environment.
• CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS/QARR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own quality performance across the IPA/ACO, including HEDIS, QARR, patient satisfaction and Star Ratings.
• Develop quality improvement strategy through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and health-plan collaboration.
• Lead the Quality and Provider Engagement teams and turn analytics into action.
• Operate provider coaching and EMR-configuration support to improve documentation and risk adjustment.
• Build provider relationships and educate on documentation and risk adjustment.
• Establish operational metrics and reporting processes, and drive digital reporting improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and finance to distribute incentives and shared savings.
