Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a seasoned QSHE Manager to oversee the Integrated Management System across the business unit. You will lead ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 programs, drive risk management, and implement continuous improvements in safety, quality, and environmental practices.

The role requires strong auditing experience, multi-standard IMS leadership, and the ability to train teams while maintaining compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or a related QSHE field.
• Minimum 3+ years QSHE experience in automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics environments.
• Lead auditor qualification in at least one standard (VDA 6.8/VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001).
• Proven experience managing multi-standard Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Strong problem solving, analytics, and ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership to foster quality, sustainability, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the business unit level and ensure compliance.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs; drive risk management and improvements.
• Oversee audits to assess process effectiveness and identify opportunities.
• Analyze safety, quality, and environmental data to detect trends and drive actions.
• Develop training programs on health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Administer documentation control and ensure current approved versions are used.
• Develop and track KPIs using PDCA to improve performance.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental programs for emissions reduction and sustainable practices.
• Coordinate travel up to 25% and support client-specific standards.
