Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong project management experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams to meet RFP requirements and timelines.
• Create and manage integrated project plans with milestones and readiness calendars.
• Track ownership, due dates, risks, issues, and decisions for leadership follow-up.
• Manage logs and escape barriers with clear options and next steps.
• Coordinate across operations, IT, pricing, HR, finance, sales, and proposal resources.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline status reporting and risk visibility.
• Mentor junior staff and improve pursuit governance materials.
