Hines is seeking a Manager, Management Services Pursuits to lead end-to-end pursuit activities across the Americas. You will partner with Service leaders, market teams, and MarComm to shape winning strategies, manage timelines, and deliver compelling proposals and client presentations.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, pursuit management, proposal management, project management, sales operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex pursuits, proposals, or cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder-management, and follow-through skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts, outsourcing, facilities, engineering, or operational services pursuits.
• Familiarity with CRM, pursuit management, reporting, pipeline tracking, sales-playbook, or content-library tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end pursuit process for Management Services opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Partner with leaders, market teams, and business development to assess priorities and win strategies.
• Develop and manage pursuit plans, timelines, and submission readiness reviews.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, and interview preparation.
• Support pitch materials, client presentations, and interview logistics with stakeholders and MarComm.
• Serve as primary liaison across pursuit lifecycle and maintain alignment with brand standards.
• Coordinate content requests, stakeholder input, and presentation preparation activities.
