Job summary

Hines, a leading global real estate investment manager, seeks a Manager, Management Services Pursuits to lead and coordinate pursuit activities across the Americas, aligning Management Services leaders, market teams, and MarComm to win opportunities.

You will drive pursuit plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage proposals, client presentations, and reporting, while upholding brand standards and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, pursuit management, proposal management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex pursuits with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and presentation coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuit process for Management Services opportunities from RFPs to proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders with win strategies.
• Develop pursuit plans, schedules, and submission timelines.
• Support pitch materials, client presentations, and interview logistics.
• Maintain pursuit tracking, pipeline reporting, and KPI insights.
