Job summary

Hines is seeking an experienced Manager, Management Services Pursuits to lead end-to-end pursuit operations across the Americas. You will coordinate with Management Services leaders, market teams, and MarComm to align resources with win strategies and ensure timely, high-quality proposals and client presentations.

The role emphasizes pursuit planning, collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and rigorous process improvement to drive business development outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in business development, pursuit management, proposal management, project management, sales operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex pursuits with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuit process for Management Services opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, proposals, client presentations, interviews).
• Partner with leaders, market teams, and business development to assess priorities and win strategies.
• Develop and manage pursuit plans, schedules, deliverables, reviews and submission timelines.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, and readiness reviews to ensure alignment.
• Support pitch materials, presentation decks, client presentations, and interview logistics with stakeholders and MarComm.
• Maintain pursuit tracking, pipeline management, and reporting tools.
