JARP Industries, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Purchasing Manager for a full-time, onsite role.

You will oversee purchasing processes, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to support project proposals and delivery commitments. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will lead supplier selection, manage contracts, track BOM items, and drive improvements in lead-times and cost.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Four years of purchasing management experience.
• Experience in purchasing with hydraulics and mechanics knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the purchasing process including purchasing, selling and distribution aspects.
• Review new project proposals for the company.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to develop strategies.
• Analyze current purchasing processes for performance.
• Improve existing purchasing processes and delivery systems.
• Handle vendor and supplier contract negotiations.
