Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order operating supplies and packaging products.
• Purchase assigned materials to ensure supply meets production and on-time delivery requirements.
• Manage supplier partnerships daily by communicating expectations and monitoring compliance.
• Resolve quality issues, credits, returns and expectations with suppliers.
• Analyze aged inventory and coordinate with operations to use it in the plant.
• Develop proficiency in ERP and BI tools to mine data, analyze trends and provide suggestions.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and Values; uphold safety and GMP/SQF/CI policies.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and communicate when conflicts arise.
• Support cost reduction through lead time reductions, favorable terms, rebates and strategic buying.
• Participate in team-driven business management.
