JSP is seeking an experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, supplier management, ERP processes, and supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing locations in Madison Heights. The role focuses on ensuring on-time deliveries, accurate transactions, and data integrity within the QAD ERP system.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing/procurement or supply chain coordination experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, lookup functions (XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP).
• Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot spreadsheets for tracking expenditures and data reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders for multiple facilities.
• Review requests for completeness, accuracy, approvals, account coding, and policy compliance.
• Obtain supplier quotations to support competitive pricing and cost-effective decisions.
• Maintain purchase orders through pricing changes, quantities, coding, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain purchasing records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Maintain QAD ERP data and support ERP processes and reporting.
• Prepare reports on purchasing and capital expenditures for management.
