Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services.
• Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, availability and cost-efficiency.
• Requesting cost proposals per project and preparing purchase orders.
• Maintaining records of transactions, vendor confirmations, pricing, quantities, delivery, and substitutions.
• Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries and building long-term supplier relationships.
