Job summary

Automatic Pool Covers, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate purchasing and supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing and operations. The role manages supplier relationships, purchase orders, inventory, material flow, pricing, and delivery performance.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Westfield, Indiana with a standard schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years purchasing or supply chain experience.
• NetSuite or ERP experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders for materials and MRO items.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolescence.
• Track supplier performance on price, lead times, and delivery.
• Coordinate material movement between suppliers and company locations.
• Analyze data to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Maintain purchasing records and ERP data accurately.
