Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions, execute purchase orders, and oversee end-to-end procurement process for goods and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships—domestic and potentially international—including performance evaluations and collaboration on quality and cost improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock planning to optimize availability and minimize shortages.
• Track and manage purchase orders, handle delays, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Evaluate supplier performance metrics, address quality issues, and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Support cost reduction efforts through supplier negotiations and inventory control strategies.
