Job summary

RAM Construction Services of Michigan INC is seeking a strategic Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain to lead procurement, materials management, vendor partnerships, and logistics for restoration and waterproofing projects. This role ensures timely delivery of high‑performance materials and equipment while optimizing procurement processes.

The Director will develop a scalable supply chain strategy across façade restoration, concrete repair, structural rehabilitation, and waterproofing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in supply chain/logistics within restoration or specialty trades.
• Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop a specialized supply chain strategy for restoration projects.
• Forecast material demand based on backlog and lead times.
• Lead risk management for long-lead specialty products.
• Build strategic relationships with restoration manufacturers.
• Oversee procurement for repair mortars, masonry units, waterproofing systems, FRP materials, and related components.
• Negotiate terms with manufacturers and distributors.
• Coordinate logistics for projects with difficult access and occupied buildings.
• Manage warehouse delivery sequencing and inventory across locations.
• Lead budget planning for large equipment, fleet, and field tools.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for procurement and logistics teams.
