Job summary

RAM Construction Services seeks a Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain to lead procurement, materials management, vendor partnerships, and logistics across restoration projects. You will optimize purchasing processes, strengthen supplier relationships, reduce material risks, and minimize delays to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain/logistics within restoration, concrete repair, masonry, or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of restoration materials, standards, and manufacturer systems.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, Procore, CMiC, or Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop a specialized supply chain strategy aligned with restoration projects.
• Forecast material demand based on backlog and lead times.
• Oversee procurement for repair mortars, masonry units, waterproofing systems, coatings, and FRP materials.
• Lead risk management for long lead-time specialty products.
• Coordinate logistics for projects with difficult access and urban conditions.
