RISE: A Real Estate Company seeks an experienced Director of Procurement to lead the procurement function across our construction division. This strategic leader will own enterprise sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost management to drive long-term value.

The role requires building a high-performing procurement organization, aligning with executive leadership, and delivering measurable savings while protecting project schedules across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years in procurement leadership within construction/real estate development.
• Experience building and leading procurement organizations and enterprise programs.
• Experience negotiating national or multi-region purchasing programs and master supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction procurement function and establish the enterprise procurement strategy.
• Develop the procurement operating model, policies, governance, and performance standards.
• Align procurement priorities with company objectives while remaining accountable for enterprise outcomes.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement organization.
