Job summary

RISE is seeking an experienced Director of Procurement to lead the procurement function across our construction division. This strategic leadership role owns the enterprise procurement strategy, national purchasing program, supplier relationships, and sourcing initiatives to drive value, efficiency, and financial stewardship across the organization.

Reporting to executive construction leadership, you will establish standards that improve project execution, reduce risk, and strengthen supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Six+ years of procurement/sourcing experience with leadership in construction, homebuilding, or real estate development.
• Experience building and leading enterprise procurement functions and teams.
• Experience negotiating national or multi-region master supplier agreements and programs.
