Job summary

You will monitor supplier performance, communicate delays, and work with internal teams to maintain project schedules. Strong data entry and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year data entry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret part lists and navigate ERP systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and manage purchase orders aligned with project BOMs and budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate delays or issues to Operations.
• Oversee end-to-end flow of materials from demand to receipt to support projects.
• Track lead times and coordinate to maintain project schedules.
• Identify and address component shortages to prevent delays.
• Procure materials and services via Diversified Automation systems and subcontracts.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders on material availability.
