Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to learn LOC systems and support division leaders in a high-performance environment. You will set up plan take-offs, monitor lot budgeting, and collaborate with estimating and purchasing to resolve issues.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, be proficient in Excel and Word, and possess strong written and verbal skills. JD Edwards experience is a plus; we value integrity, teamwork, and the ability to manage

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain plan take-off information, including complete entry for new and revised plans.
• Set-up and maintain option take-offs for all plans/communities within their division(s) of responsibility.
• Monitor home site (lot) budgeting in compliance with projected start dates.
• Reviewing preliminary lot starts prior to finalizing.
• Interact with estimating and division purchasing to resolve any issues.
• Generate and maintain supplier/trade partner item pricing by utilizing the upload/download process.
• Update purchase orders as directed by division partners to maintain current cost, quantities or Trade Partners.
• Respond to varying workload and pace as defined by the business needs.
• Process Z- Report tickets.
• Process AV report tickets.
• Process PO deletion tickets.
