Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience leading Analysts and Administrative Assistants.
• German language skills are a plus for liaison with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Administrative Assistants.
• Develop and manage operational processes and data governance policies.
• Provide data-driven reports and KPIs for senior leadership.
