Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator in San Diego to organize, purchase, and track materials for project success. You will work with Design and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and accurate vendor terms.

Responsibilities include ERP-based ordering, supplier coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills, with 1+ year purchasing or supply chain experience, and a GED or higher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, materials, or supply chain is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order materials and supplies with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors on availability, pricing, and terms.
• Analyze delivery systems for material availability.
• Utilize ERP systems to place orders and track materials.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, and Field teams.
