Job summary

Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchasing of products and develop actionable procurement strategies across the organization.

You will build strategic supplier relationships, proactively manage the supplier base, and drive cost savings and profitability. You will collaborate with internal teams and franchisees, conduct supplier risk assessments, negotiate favorable terms, and implement contingency plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related discipline.
• 5+ years in food industry purchasing.
• Understanding of raw material commodity markets.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
• Conduct supplier and commodity risk assessments.
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned commodities/products to establish competitive cost positions.
• Develop supplier performance strategies to maximize total value.
• Identify and source top suppliers to meet current and future needs.
• Establish networks with internal customers, suppliers, and franchisees.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities with new technologies for applications across product offerings.
• Interact with International purchasing to identify global sourcing and cost savings opportunities.
• Partner with R&D to ensure competitive advantage in product development.
• Conduct routine audits of products and pricing.
• Participate in budgeting process for purchasing and supply chain management.
• Prepare and implement product/supplier contingency plans.
