Little Caesars Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a corporate recruiter to deliver high-quality, full lifecycle recruiting for professional and executive level roles.

You will guide executives, hiring managers, and candidates through the selection process, building relationships across the organization and with external sources. Responsibilities include developing recruiting plans, sourcing, interviewing, assessments, and offer negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate recruiting with full lifecycle responsibilities.
• Proven ability to cultivate internal and external networking relationships.
• Experience with cold-call sourcing, job fairs, college/alumni networking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor/EEO laws.
• Proficient with Internet, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• PHR certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruiting plans, source candidates, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain relationships with leaders, vendors, and external organizations to meet hiring goals.
