Little Caesars Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to deliver high-quality full lifecycle recruiting for professional and executive roles.

You will guide executives, hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, building strong relationships across the organization and with external sources. Responsibilities include developing recruiting plans, assessing staffing needs, coordinating interviews and offers, and collaborating with compensation on offers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business HR or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years’ corporate recruiting with full lifecycle responsibilities.
• Proven ability to develop internal and external networking relationships.
• Experience with cold-call sourcing, internet recruiting, job fairs, college/alumni networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of local, state and federal labor/EEO laws.
• Proficiency with Internet, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute the recruitment process to meet strategic hiring goals.
• Act as internal consultant to assess staffing needs and define roles and qualifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with leaders, vendors, organizations and colleagues.
• Source top talent and build a diverse candidate pool.
• Create recruitment plans for open positions.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage reference checks.
