Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a senior supply chain leader to shape our global procurement strategy for the restaurant network across 15k+ restaurants and 100+ markets. You will partner with suppliers, franchisees, regional teams and cross-functional partners to drive category management, supply continuity, and long-term value.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, global category management experience, strong leadership and financial acumen, and superb communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain roles, preferably food industry.
• 5+ years in global/regional strategic category management or procurement.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills across a global business.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze spend data.
• Curiosity and data-driven decision making with procurement tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive global category management including strategy, supply assurance, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with regional teams and franchisees to align global sourcing strategies.
• Ensure supply continuity and resilience across multi-country network; mitigate risks.
• Build SCM capabilities and process excellence (cost modelling, supplier management, tech enablers).
• Create data-driven business cases to improve franchisee economics and efficiency.
• Own strategic supplier relationships and negotiate; support LTOs/innovation.
• Drive governance, compliance, and alignment to Pizza Hut standards.
• Harmonize specifications with regional brand teams.
• Champion sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
