Qualifications

  • Experience using a procurement card and related regulations.
  • Accurate data entry and record maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support departments in procuring goods and services with cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate and ensure compliance with college contracts.
  • Maintain supplier partnerships for timely delivery and quality.
  • Oversee inventory levels and restock supply room.
  • Keep accurate asset records, locations, condition and value.
  • Conduct annual physical inventory to rectify discrepancies.
  • Provide training on eVA and procurement card procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
