Job summary

Legends Global in Toledo, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Toledo Complex operations, receiving, storing, and delivering food, beverage and equipment across concessions and event spaces. You will restock stands, inspect locations for shortages, and help with setup, breakdown, and post-event recovery.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and lift up to 75 pounds, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, stock, food & beverage, concessions, or event operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, organize, and store food, beverage, equipment, and other deliveries.
• Deliver stock and supplies to concessions stands, portables, commissaries, catering areas, bars, kitchens, and other locations.
• Restock stands and service areas with food, beverage, paper goods, smallwares, and other products as needed.
• Inspect locations for product shortages, cleanliness, equipment needs, or deficiencies and communicate with leadership.
• Move equipment, product, and supplies before, during, and after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, docks, storage rooms, walk-ins, and workspaces.
• Follow proper product rotation, storage, labeling, and food safety procedures.
• Support event setup, replenishment, breakdown, and post-event recovery as assigned.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment only when trained and authorized.
• Adhere to safety policies, PPE usage, and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform general housekeeping and required safety trainings.
