Global Food Corp in Medley, FL is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to help move inventory and build strong supplier relationships. You will manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in purchasing, inventory, and foodservice is highly preferred, with ERP familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, deliveries, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory and support replenishment.
• Track open orders and shipment schedules.
• Maintain purchasing records and reports.
• Partner with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Resolve purchasing and vendor issues.
• Help keep our supply chain running smoothly.
