Job summary

Levy is hiring a Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement for the venue and ensure products and supplies meet daily operations and event needs. You will manage vendor relationships, purchasing processes, inventory controls, and cost management while aligning with culinary, warehouse, concessions, premium, and operations teams.

The role requires 3+ years in purchasing/supply chain or hospitality management, with experience in high-volume food/beverage settings and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Oversee purchasing for food, beverage, and operations to support daily and event needs.
• Forecasting, ordering, and inventory controls to maintain levels and costs.
• Vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management for quality and price.
• Experience in high-volume food/beverage hospitality environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all purchasing activities for food, beverage, and operational supplies.
• Maintain inventory levels through forecasting, ordering, and controls.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships for quality, pricing, and timely deliveries.
• Monitor budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs while upholding standards.
• Conduct inventory audits and month-end close to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, concessions, premium, and operations teams.
