Job summary

Superior Alarm Systems (SAS) seeks a Purchasing Coordinator to manage procurement, PO processing, and vendor relations for a fast‑paced operation. This onsite role supports finance, warehouse, and project teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.

You’ll leverage Excel and ERP systems to optimize purchasing data, participate in audits, and drive cost savings. Strong organization, communication, and independent work are essential for success in a growing security solutions company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, supplies, and licenses for operations.
• Process, track, and coordinate POs with Accounting on billing.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantities, pricing, or delivery.
• Maintain purchasing records, docs, and reports for compliance and ops.
• Update product catalogs, pricing data, and purchasing information.
• Assist inventory control, cycle counts, audits, and warehouse coordination.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Warehouse to support audits and initiatives.
